FAQ

Does Inca Oil 7.0 weigh hair down?

Inca oil has organoleptic characteristics that make it ideal for both skin and hair. It is non-greasy, but nourishes and protects by fighting free radicals, thanks to its high concentration of Omega 3-6-9.

What plant does incha oil come from?

Inca oil is an oil extracted from a South American plant: plukenetia volubilis. In the tradition of the native Incas, this oil has always been used for its anti-age action on skin and hair.

Are incha products recommended for all hair types?

The products of the incha range have been formulated for different hair types: for normal to dry dry hair (1.1 -1.2) for colored- treated hair (3.1 – 3.3) and for very dry – damaged hair (5.1 -5.4), although they can be used synergistically to create personalized treatment solutions.

Which product in the Inca range contains the most Inca Oil?

Absolute Oil is, logically, the product richest in this precious ingredient. It can be applied to the lengths or used as a booster to reinforce the action of the different treatments: a few drops in the Moisturizing Fluid to nourish and moisturize dry hair; it reinforces and intensifies the treatment action if added to the 5.4 mask.

Inca oil can be added to the color mix for a brighter final result and to have hair protected and treated during the technical service.

As styling product, a few drops spread over the hair provide shine, anti-frizz action and protection.

Can Incha products be used daily?

Incha products are formulated for frequent use as their formulas are extremely gentle and respectful of the natural characteristics of skin and hair.

Despite being natural, Incha shampoos produce foam, why?

INCARE shampoos are formulated with surfactants derived from raw materials of vegetable origin (coconut, corn).

All surfactants, whether of vegetable or synthetic origin, are substances which, in addition to their cleansing capacity, also have a foaming capacity; this characteristic is therefore also evident in INCHA shampoos.

Depending on the surfactant mixtures used, it is possible to have detergents with more or less washing power and more or less foaming action.

In the INCHA shampoo formulas, an excellent ratio between the two has been achieved as well as an additional extremely enveloping texture.

What are the strengths of the ALCHIMIA range, which includes the 5.1 shampoo and the 5.4 mask?

We have deliberately used hydrolyzed RICE proteins because they provide a wide range of hydrolyzed amino acids which are among the most complete and effective in strengthening the hair. They increase the hair’s ability to retain water and are an excellent moisturizer and stem volumizer.

Rice, it may not be widely known, contains ALL the amino acids recognized in healthy hair structure. Many studies report that methionine is present in hair in very small amounts and is sometimes missing. Rice also contains this and can therefore make up the deficiency.
